Managing your time is manage your life and live all the most important face of our being.
We must think and decide what is most important in our life and it is, likely, the best starting point for effective personal time management. But it’s important too, remember and perceive every day the condition of our body: if we have a bad condition we don’t work or not do all the tasks we project to do. If we are in good form we can do the thing we plan and other more tasks. That is!
We may have many benefits on train our body we’ll be more relaxed and in a powerful state of mind because we’ll be more efficacious if our body are healthy and this will push our mind to be set to the work I must do.
I will be also in an optimum emotional state to initiate and duration my project life.
