Don’t eat food that is cooked in a deep fat fryer. The healthiest place to eat is in your own home where you can control how the food is cooked. Turn dessert into a reward that you give yourself every now and then, instead of an integral part of dinner. Eating right is about willpower. Proper nutrition requires the same desire as a fitness regimen does if a person wants to be successful. If the desire is not there than a person will not reach the goals they have set for themselves.
It takes a lot more than just saying you don’t like the way that you look to create a lifestyle that will alter it.
