These tips for public speaking will help you advance your life

It seems to come as a surprise to many that giving an efficient presentation or speech is one of the key ingredients for a successful career so you may need to learn some tips for public speaking.

But for most Public talking is also one of the most frightening jobs they will have to do in their career.

Are you one of those folks for whom public speaking is an obligatory evil?

Or perhaps someone who will make any excuse simply to get out of it?

If so , you are not on your own.

Millions of people the world over are prepared to give it a go just as long as it is to team members or people they call friends. As frequently as not, the presentation will go well, but it doesn’t appear to get any easier. For many people, simply standing out from the bunch and speaking in public makes them uncomfortable, embarrassed or insecure.

But the excellent news is that this fear can be overcome. It isn’t that tricky either, and turning into a competent public speaker will lead to several new opportunities, both at work and in one’s private life too.

Now, just think about that for a minute. A key skill that anyone, serious about making it enormous at work or in business, wishes to possess is the art of being able to give ashow.

Can that really be true?

Public speaking abilities are not an one-size-fits-all technique.

Naturally, the giving of formal shows is only part of the picture. Shows come in numerous other ‘flavours’ as well.

Simply holding conferences, or pitching to customers or possible clients even motivating a team requires these essential abilities. Many business people spend a great deal of their working day attending one meeting or another and their ability to present their ideas is a crucial part of their success or absence of it!

Being able to present well and to hold an audience is also acrucial factor in the way otherpeople see you as a leader. Someone who can’t engage their audiences is unlikely to evoke those who have to follow them, however good their ideas are. If you’re in line for a company promotion and there’s someone else tryingfor the same position, whom do you suspect the selection board will choose?

Someone who has good ideas but finds it difficult to speak, or somebody who is comfortable galvanizing others to agree with what he must say?

So what are you wanting to achieve?

The place to begin for any good public speaking task needs to be why you are doing it in the 1st place. Maybe someone at work has called upon you to speak about a work-related subject : how well our department is doing on a company-wide project as an example.

Or you could be giving a sales spiel to possible company, or giving a training show, or addressing aconference, or 101 other reason for getting up on your hind legs and exposing ourselves to public inspection as you try to find le bon mot and have the fans eating out of our hands.

Most displays are designed to sell an idea. And as any marketer will tell us, the art of good selling is to tie in our product or service with the interests of our buyers.

So, the corollary of this is the art of a good presentation is to tie in our messages with the interests of our audience.

Are they there to be informed or kept up to date on a fast moving marketplace?

Perhaps they are there to be trained?

Or to have some aspect of our business explained to them?

Some shows are about building relations, or inspiring and motivating a workforce. Maybe we would like to challenge their guesses, or to provoke their curiosity in a selected area? We’d be making an attempt to sell them something, or getting them to buy in to our way of thinking.

At the end of the day, the main reason to present to anybody is to switch something. It might be we would like to change the way they suspect about something ; or their behavior regarding a specific issue.

Irrespective of the reason for our performance, the standard approach we need to take is pretty much the same.

The way we present ourselves, the way we control our voice, how we structure content and the way we put our points across to the audience are the tips for public speaking that may be learned and put to good effect.

Using the above tips will improve your public speaking confidence.

Your public speaking confidence is establsihed by your inner voice

The overwhelming majority of people would like to improve their public speaking confidence.

Am I right?

But mastering public speaking can sometimes be fearful.

Most of us are routinely overcome with fear when wehave to speak publicly and that fear is cause by our own lack of confidence.

And that confidence drainer is our own tiny voice inside our heads.

You know the one. That inner voice inside your head which tells you off or stops you trying something new or reminds you to call somebody or tells you to have some chocolate!

So what does your inner voice say when you’re getting ready to go onto the stage and publicly speak?

Does it say This is gong to be a thrill i can’t wait to start or does it say You cannot do this you are going to look so foolish.

Which one? Honestly?

How frequently has your inner voice stopped you trying something new?

How frequently do you let your inner voice talk you out of doing something?

Now imagine if your inner voice, which is stopping you moving forward, was a real person with a real voice. So you are just about to give a presentation to an audience made up of a hundred senior staff and your best mate announces, you are going to mess this one up. You are going to forget your words, you are going to be tongue-tied.

Somebody will raise a question and you won’t know the answer . Donot do it, it is not worth the suffering or discomfort.

How’s that make you feel? Your best mate has just ridiculed you. Tell me, they wouldnot be your best mate for long, if they really did that.

That’s exactly what you are permitting your own inner voice to do to you every single day.

Why?

You are in control. In fact, just listen to your inner voice for the subsequent hour and see how many negatives things it is enlightening you. Jot down a note of them put them down.

You will be amazed how many times your inner voice is enlightening you negative things.

You must stop the negative comments now.

You must turn them around and make your inner voice talk to you in a positive way.

Next time you are about to go on stage, let your voice say to you :
The audience is going to love you. You’re going to be funny, suave, engaging. You are going to wow the crowd with your knowledge.

By controlling your inner voice and making it positive, it can only improve your public speaking confidence.

Almost everybody is complaining that they are stressed out, tired and stretched to their limits. If that is so, why don’t they take a much needed break? Self-confidence means believing in oneself. A little boost in self-confidence allows you to take long steps towards achieving your goals in life. A lack of self-confidence hampers personal growth. If you are one with low esteem and low self-confidence you should take steps to build your self-confidence before it is too late. People who lack self-confidence tend to have self-doubt, fear, inferiority complex, etc. If you want to be successful in life you need to overcome all these negative traits.

Feed Your Soul

Your body is not the only one who craves for food. Your emotions and soul also needs to be fed, and you can do it by engaging in warm-hearting activities such as doing some volunteer work, spending time with your loved ones and family, taking care of a pet, etc.

As long as you don’t deprive yourself of the simple yet priceless things in life, you can be sure that you won’t have a hard time seeing the positive side of life. Learn to cherish and appreciate the simple things in life, and make it a habit to be optimistic, yet realistic at the same time.

Your Chance to Learn Helpful Information - Merging Astral Consciousness

Merging Astral Consciousness

IMPORTANT…When you are finished with merging with a human being or animal, be sure to clean your aura and chakras thoroughly as their thoughts or beliefs can rub off on you. Always choose a healthy being when you are new to this, be it a plant or a human being.

Meditation One

1. Choose an object, this can be a crystal, a table- anything in your room. Beginners should start with an object that is a single material, like a rock or playing dice.

2. Get comfortable and go into a trance state.

3. Look at the object in front of you for a minute or two and then close your eyes. Visualize the object.

4. Now enlarge the object so it is big enough for you to walk into in your mind and enter it.

5. Become one with the object and open your astral senses. What do you see, hear, smell, feel? Is it cold or warm inside? What sensations do you feel? If the object is on a table or hard surface, *feel* that surface.

Meditation Two:

Do the same as the above, only this time use a plant. This can be a tree or even a blade of grass. If you don’t have any house-plants, you might want to do this exercise out of doors. It is important that the plant be alive.

With the plant exercise, *feel* the earth through the roots of the plant. How does this plant feel in relation to other plants around it if out of doors?

Meditation Three:

Now, do the same as the above, but this time merge with an animal. You can visualize this animal if you are not near any animals. If you have pets, then choose one of your pets and merge with your pet. See through his/her eyes, hear through his/her ears; feel the floor or ground beneath his/her feet. How does your pet’s body feel? Is your pet warm? Cold? Hungry? What does your pet smell in the environment? Use his/her nose. What is in your pet’s mind? Animals think in visions.

Meditation Four:

Now, do the above with a person you know. You can choose a different person each day. Think with their mind.

What the above exercises do:

Plenty. They are *very* important. When mastered, the above exercises will give you skills to

- Shapeshift

- Communicate with animals

- The enemy uses this to plant thoughts in the minds of others and to even possess them

- Fix electrical equipment and appliances- you can find the problem by merging with the item.

- Pull thoughts out of the minds of others and obtain information

- Diagnose diseases in humans and animals

These people have a strong tendency to shock and upset others, even when they don’t seem to want to. Examples are Isadora Duncan and Lenny Bruce. Uranus rules the sign of Aquarius.

Neptune: Where we see the world through “rose-colored glasses”. Where we see what we want to see. This is the planet of imagination as well as illusion.
